“On December 31, we call for protests in front of the prison Cologne-Ossendorf! Until recently there were still our friends of the forest occupation in the Hambach Forest. Now they are out there, but still hundreds of other inside. We want freedom for all prisoners!
The Autonomous jail project mobilizes for small group actions: Come on the 31.12. and throughout the New Year’s Night in affinity groups in front of the jail, react flexibly to the police and make enough noise to get your messages to the prisoners beyond the walls!
At 7:00 p.m., there will be a scheduled manifestation on the Rochus Strasse, directly opposite the pre-trial detention houses. A loudspeaker installation is available and there will be concert.
Come all to the jail – let’s show to the prisoners that we do not forget them!”
Sunday, December 27th, 12:00, was the 20th guided tour of the Hambach Forest by the forest teacher and nature guide Michael Zobel. They take place every month – not only for those, who understand enough German, because you easily can find a translator. Until now, 1550 people participated already…

The Pope, Obama, Vattenfall … and now, above all, the shareholders, many noted that the unlimited exploitation of our planet can not continue this way. And what does RWE? The deforestation season of this year is in full swing, 70 more hectares of this unique forest are fenced in and have to be destroyed irrevocably contrary to any sense.
In 2016 these guided tours will be continued every month: January 17, February 14, March 13, April 17, May 8, June 19,…

Since Saturday, December 20th, a 400 watt wind turbine produces electricity for the meadow. This windmill was built during the climate camp in 2015 by a group of people, and has now found its way to the occupation.
Instructions on how to clone it will be published here as soon as possible.
Thanks a lot to all of you for your commitment during the climate-camp.
Energy transition remains handwork!

For all those, who can not go to Dessau on January 7th, there will be a memorial demonstration again for Oury Jalloh in Cologne.
More info on the case of Oury Jalloh:
The shock was violent… Yesterday I had to find that the centuries-old forest triangle behind Morschenich has been razed to the ground, by the paths fork which is formed from Katharinenhof and the ancient route of the A4. The criminal energy which is shown unrestrainedly with this destructive work is stirring me immeasurably…
The time between Xmas and New Year could be used shamelessly to continue this work of destruction begun in the Hambach Forest and to create completed facts under the protection of the holidays, if necessary with police violence.
To avoid this in time, insolvency applications are needed. For this purpose the Executive Boards of RWE Power AG and RWE AG are encouraged to put them.
Neither the assets of RWE Power AG nor of RWE AG are sufficient to make up for the groundwater contamination, the crime against the Hambach Forest and other environmental and other crimes. This means: excessive debt = insolvency.
RWE AG (= Total Group) is liable to the full extent for the resulting multi-billion Euro losses of RWE Power AG, as a profit and loss transfer agreement exists.
If neither RWE Power AG nor RWE AG should have put the necessary file for insolvency until 12.29.2015, shall be reserved to file for insolvency on this side before the end of the year. Otherwise there is a risk that, due to the a few days ago decided splitting of the Group, assets are withdrawn from the liability mass which is required to eliminate the damage caused by the Hambach mine.

About: The trial has not been completed, because not enough witnesses were summoned. Mr. Blue was released under reporting requirements. We are very happy!

Hello friends family and everybody interested in the blog.
I have been in jail for the last 2 months now and doing fine, although its not the first time in jail for me its the first time being incarcerated under false pretenses and statements. It scares me a bit that the lies of others make it so easy to rob me of my freedom. I did expected this when I started my actions, and its obvious they are making a example of me. No surprise no one asked me what happened so far. more…

On Friday will take place in Düren the trial against Mr Blue, who is remanded in custody on October 7th in Aachen. When he was arrested, Mr Blue – as well as many other activists in Rhenania – refused to identify himself and the authorities still did not succeed to detect otherwise his personal details, which makes the trial and the judgement of particular interest and importance for the movement.
Here you can find the call for support of the trial by ABC Rhineland:
