We want to prevent the next eviction in court!
Due to increasing police violence, it can be assumed that in case of evictions, people brutally will be mistreated again. This can not be allowed and we are sick of it! Let us protect our homes and our tree houses! The evictions are a pretext to clearcut the Hambi piece by piece prematurely. The deforesting stop is thus not observed.
Appeal to all activists and demonstrators who were affected by police violence during tree house evictions during the last 6 years:

The district court Jülich canceled the trial date on Nov.27th and the continuation date on Dec.11th and scheduled a new date for Dec.18th.
Statement by an accused:
“Obviously, after our trial announcement the court fears us and now wants to organize some Hundertschaft-units of the anti-riot police first to ensure “order”. That tells a lot about how much organs of repression respect and fear us meanwhile and shows that our strategies work. This assumption is corroborated by the fact that the court did not only deliver a copy to the accused, but also called people who are known to have ties to the forest occupation, to ensure that the information reaches everyone in any case. Apparently there was a fear that some people would appear in court anyway. See you on December 18th”
We, a group of Hambi activists, want to organize evening events in your city. It should be about stories from the Hambach Forest and about writing history ourselves. The leitmotif of the event will be the hope that arises when we bring about change through joint action. We want to take you on a journey by six years of forest occupation and movement building, and to find paths with you on which this journey can go on, to system change and beyond. more…
Two trials against anti-fascist / anti-racist activists will soon take place in Aachen. We call for a solidary accompaniment of the processes and a demo against the shift to the right and repression. The dates at a glance
One trial will take place following the events in the Frankenberger Viertel in March 2017. There was a quarrel with two organized neo-Nazis. Shortly thereafter, two people were arrested, they were accused of civil disorder and bodily injury. The public prosecutor’s office promptly fantasized about the danger of absconding and put the two on remand for more than two weeks. Now they are charged. more…
TODAY, November 8: Eviction in the Friedensstraße Manheim
Based on different observations, we assume that an eviction of all soil structures and tree houses is scheduled for this week (Nov. 5th – Nov. 9th). Get ready for it, it’s best to come by early, as the access is likely to be more difficult from the beginning of the week. According to previous experience, first the accesses to the wood will probably be limited and controlled, then barricades and soil structures destroyed and then the tree houses be evicted and destroyed.
We squatted in Manheim!

Two weeks ago humans were chased from their homes in Hambach Forest. Whilst the main public focus was on the protests in the forest, already for years people have been forced out of the surrounding villages. And so also in Manheim.
Rather than only concerning local inhabitants, coal mining in the Rhineland is also a global problem. more…
The AZ Cologne (autonomous center) and the Wagenplatz “Who owns the world”, also in Cologne, are both in acute danger of eviction and destruction. The AZ for the extension of the green belt, a parking strip across Cologne, the Wagenplatz should be sold.
The exploitation interests of an unbridled financial market in the city of Cologne are the cause of this distribution of primarily left, self-managed open spaces from the cityscape of Cologne. These mostly noncommercial spaces, which do not bring big money to anyone but much more bring people together, should go away. more…
